My allergies are unbelievable right now. My right eye is constantly tearing up, I'm sneezing every few minutes - leaving my nose all stuffed up. I really don't feel sick, but I sure sound it! I'm headed to the doctor tomorrow to hopefully get some assistance kicking this before it becomes a full blown sinus infection. There's some urgency to get a handle on it now because I'm leaving for a work conference on Sunday evening.
`
I'm not at all excited about going to this conference. There really is some great information shared at them, but I hate being away from my husband and furry babies. When you find the right person, I swear it makes you more co-dependent than you knew possible. I'll be at the conference until Wednesday evening.
`
This weekend I hope to be busy working around the house. I've been so busy lately, that the piles around our house have reached absurd quantities and sizes. We also need to cut back all the dead plants that didn't survive the frost, de-weed the yards, mow, and other miscellaneous projects we've been putting off.
`
Still no word on the adoption process. If you read this, please quit asking if we've heard anything. I promise we won't exclude anyone when we get the news! For now, keep praying the Lord moves the heart of a Birth Mother to choose us as a forever family for her baby.
You seem to have a lot of sinus infections. Normally I would keep my mouth shut, but I used to be the same way -- several within a year that sometimes lead to worse infections. Have you seen an ENT by chance? I did and found out the cause for all my infections and I have now only had 2 in the past 2 years...
ReplyDeleteMy doctor tells me I have to stay on top of my allergies to avoid them turning in sinus infections. That's about all I know. She tells me I should take allergy medicine before I go outside every time. :-/
