This was one of those wonderful weekends that started a day early for Evie. Stephen gets every other Friday off. This Friday was that Friday! Evie and Dadda spent some time together while I got some work done at the office. On Saturday we went to take pictures with Dadda's family. We got a disc of the images. When I get them, I'll be sure to post my favorites. The weather was awful on Saturday night, but I enjoyed a "slumber party" at my sister's house watching movies and the NASCAR race. Yesterday we did a massive grocery shopping trip that took quite a while. I drove to Conroe to pick up my grandmother who was on her way back from a reunion in Oklahoma. Yesterday evening we went to eat stir fry (Evie loves it) and gave Evie a long bath.
This week is pretty chill for us. Yippee! We have a dinner date tomorrow with some friends from College. I'm meeting a girlfriend for coffee on Wednesday. This coming Saturday is my nephews' first birthday and party.
Ok, motherhood calls.
