As much as I look forward to the day when I put Evie down in her bed and she falls asleep on her own and sleeps all through the night, I know that I'm going to miss the nights when I rock her to sleep and lay her down. As much as I look forward to the day when Evie is interested in toys and games, I know that I'm going to miss being her favorite entertainment. As much as I look forward to Evie crawling and walking, I know I'm going to miss the days when I put her down and do not have to worry about her taking off on her own. As much as I look forward to Evie talking, I know I'm going to miss her babbling and cooing. There are just so many things I'm looking forward to, but I know I'm going to miss everything that I have right this minute.
