12 Week Update

• Smiling a lot, usually on the changing table or when being propped up in a sitting position
• Watching people who walk by
• Recognizes familiar voices and will look for them if they are outside her line of sight
• Discovering and mastering hands
• Drinking 5 ounces every 3-4 hours during the day, 4 ounces at night
• Average sleeping, 10:30pm-4:00am, 4:15am-7:15am
• Making new noises all the time, some are quite loud
• Holding her head up like a champ, both when being held and when doing tummy time
• Turning onto her side
• Generally dislikes the pacifier
• Adores her swing
• Enjoys watching the colors on the TV
• Wearing 3-6 month clothes, size 1 diapers are getting a little snug (especially Huggies)
