I am doing a cleanse diet for 10 days before I switch into a maintenance program. I've had a lifelong battle with will power, but so far this seems to be going fine. Despite being a pretty restrictive 10 days, I don't feel denied some of my favorite yummy things.
Breakfast: Nectarine
Snack: Pecans
Lunch: Turkey Foldover with Mustard, Leftover Steamed Veggies (from last night), Plum
Snack: Pistachios
Dinner: Baked Chicken, Organic Puttanesca Sauce, 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pasta, Salad
After work today I am going to the gym then getting a few nails repaired. The lady that did them yesterday did a perfect job on 6 of them, so the bubbles and imperfections on the other 4 really bother me! Hopefully they won't be put off by my repair request.
Cabinet refinishing continues at our house. The master bathroom cabinets should be done on Saturday. After that we'll start working on the guest bathroom cabinets.
