Lunch:  Salad with Tomatoes, Snap Peas, and Tuna + Lime, Olive Oil, Mediterranean Seasonings for Dressing, Nectarine

Snack:  Pistachios

Dinner:  Baked Chicken, Pan Grilled Veggies, Brown Rice
