Monday:  Fresh Fish with Dad and Emily
Tuesday:  Baked Chicken and Lemon Herb Wheat Pasta, Cabbage
Wednesday:  Healthy Nachos; Lean Ground Beef, Black Beans, Quacamole, Salsa on Baked Tostitos
Thursday:  Whole Wheat Lasagna, Salad
Friday:  Swiss Steak, Brown Rice, Green Beans
Saturday:  Leftover-Palooza
