Evil creeps into your life in many different sneaky forms. It can enter your heart through envy, impatience, fear, or MANY other forms. Currently I am battling anxiety. I am struggling to accept the fact that our path is not determined by ourselves, but by the Lord of Lords. I am a recovering control freak, so this is a definite area of weakness for me. I have got to get it through my head that all evils shall be vanquished by He who loves me. I pray that each and every one of you readers are able to rid yourself of these evils. I know it is incredibly difficult, but we can do all things through Him who strengthens us and gives us peace.
From my prayer book...
Lord, I know your thoughts toward me are of peace, to give me a future and a hope. I know that You have saved me and called me with a holy calling, not according to my works, but according to Your own purpose and grace. Thank You, Holy Spirit, that You are always with me and will guide me on the right path so that I won't lose my way. Give me great faith so that I am planted strong in You and not tossed about by the winds of fear, anxiety, or discouragement. I reach out for Your hand today so I can walk with You into the future You have for me. Amen!
We have yet another busy week ahead of us. We could use your prayers for comfort and peace in the days ahead. Ask God to place a confidence in the heart of a Birth Mother to choose us as adoptive parents for her child.
We hope you are all doing wonderfully!
