I wanted to take a moment today to share a file that I found very helpful when beginning the adoption process. Unless you are directly involved in the process, this kind of information never crosses your mind. I think it's important to share this information with family and friends, so they know and understand the appropriate language when speaking about adoption. I'm still learning the accurate language myself.
2011 is off to a great start for us. Yesterday Emily and I took our new bikes out for a spin around the neighborhood. I love that I have a bike now. I really like riding around the neighborhood, saying hello and waving to people outside. Stephen is a busy bee at work, but still finds time to unwind with Call of Duty: Black Ops when he gets home. We're trying out a Sunday School class on Sunday morning. I'm really hoping that we can get more involved in our church this year.
