As 2010 draws to a close, I'd like to take this opportunity to reflect briefly on the past 12 months. I've spent the past couple of days thinking about all that happened and 2010, and I'm left with a sense of peace. In my small mind, I don't feel like 2010 was all that spectacular, but I also don't feel like it's one of those years I'm thrilled to see gone. I know in 2010 I developed a stronger and deeper love for Jesus Christ and those around me. In 2010 I realized a desire to support couples who are struggling to grow their family "the old-fashioned way". I hope that in 2011 I can be an encouraging voice for couples going through hard times. It's no easy trial to go through, and sadly - if you haven't been through it, it's hard to understand the pain, loss, and grief associated with the journey.

2010 is officially coming to a close. I hope that you all are able to reflect on the past year and consider where you are being led in 2011. I'm confident 2011 will be another year to grow closer to God and all of my loved ones.
