If we find out that we are not going to Colorado, I will be looking for a new pediatrician in our area. I called my pediatrician's office on Monday with questions about Evie's fever and never got a call back. Her fever broke Monday night, but now she has a rash on her. I'm pretty sure it's roseola, nothing doctors can do about it, but I thought I'd call to a) let them know I never heard back from them and b) let them know the fever has been gone for 36 hours but a rash has developed. I then got scolded for not calling them back on the day I called them... Umm, pretty sure I'm not the one who should be receiving attitude here. Sorry, I'm not an alarmist parent. You were the ones that dropped the ball. She then went on to say that they had called and were unable to leave a voicemail. I have had no missed calls or voicemails in the past 3 days, try again. I'm fed up with this practice. So, if you have a nice relationship with your pediatrician and his/her practice, send me an email at supertexansfan07@gmail.com or message me on Facebook.
This is not an isolated incident where I have received poor service from this office, which is why I feel comfortable beginning the search for a new practice.
