There is no official weigh-in for Evie's 5 month milestone, but we estimate that her weight gain has slowed down this month. She now has cereal twice a day. She gets a vegetable with her evening cereal. She spent the two weeks leading up to her 5 month birthday with either a major growth spurt (length, we think) or teething. She was real fussy, by Evie standards, and didn't sleep real well, by Evie standards. She has returned to her pleasant, good sleeping self since then. She sleeps through the night usually from 8:30pm-ish, til 6am-ish then back to sleep til 8am-ish. Sometimes she'll spoil us and go later. She usually cries out once in the night, but it only lasts like 2 minutes so we don't even make it in her room before she works it out and falls back to sleep. She takes anywhere from 30-34oz of formula a day as well as her solids. She takes a few ounces of water out of her sippy cup too.

Her schedule is *usually*:

6am: Bottle, 7-8oz

8am: Cereal

11am: Nap

12:30pm: Bottle, 7-8oz

3:30pm: Bottle, 7-8oz

4pm: Nap

6pm: Play/Walk

7pm: Bottle, 7-8oz

7:30pm: Cereal and Veggie

8pm: Bath and/or prepare for bed

8:30pm: Bed Time Bottle, 4oz
   

I'm looking forward to spending the majority of her 5th month at home. We are pretty much all traveled out! Her affection for the car seat is growing less and less every time I strap her in. I can't blame her. It certainly looks uncomfortable! Sofie seems to help some.
