For the past several months, I've been feeling a stirring in my heart to be doing more. Others have been such a blessing to me, and I feel called to be a blessing to others. Most notably, I want to be a blessing to those who are hurting. There's a couple of books that I've read (or currently reading) that accurately address this stirring that I have been feeling.
You'll notice that they are husband and wife. He is the pastor of Austin New Church. They are doing something really unique and special there. I so wish I could be there every Sunday to be a part of it! Maybe someday we'll be called to live in Austin. Until then, I'll just keep hoping they decide to branch out into the Houston area!
