Delighting In The Broken

This is not a very chipper quote for a holiday that has been marketed as the day of romance and love, but I encountered this quote in a book I'm reading and it stirred my soul. I feel the truth of these words every single day.  It's a sad fact that not everyone does. I have a unique love-hate feeling towards these breaks, but I know how blessed I am to have found strength at my broken places. I'm certain that these breaks have made me a better wife, daughter, sister, and friend. I love better. I care more. I pray harder.

 

All because I found strength at the broken places.
