Nom, Nom 10

I MADE IT!  Today is the final day of this cleansing diet.  Though days 3-5 were incredibly difficult, I persevered.  If you want to evaluate what you are putting in your body, I strongly encourage you to do this.  I pray that these past 10 days will forever alter my eating habits.  What I was eating before, was in no way the "moderation" I once thought it was.  To celebrate my completion of this cleanse, tomorrow I'm going to a stir-fry restaurant for lunch.  Then on Friday night we're going to a Greek restaurant where I'll get hummus and a Greek salad.  It's all going to be yummy, and really healthy.

But before I get to those meals, here's what today looks like:

Breakfast:  Smoothie
Snack:  Mixed Nuts
Lunch:  Tuna with Mustard on Whole Wheat Bread
Snack:  Strawberries
Dinner:  Baked Tilapia with Homemade Salsa, Brown Rice, Steamed Cabbage
