Big Fish

We attended Pescado Grande in Port O’Connor this past weekend. This fishing tournament benefits The Harbor: Children’s Alliance and Victim’s Center in Port Lavaca. You can check The Harbor out at http://harboradvocacycenter.org/. It was an enjoyable weekend with the proceeds going for an AWESOME cause! I’ll definitely be returning next year to assist with the tournament.

While in Port O’Connor, we stayed at a “bay house” found on VRBO (Vacation Rental By Owners.) Our family has used VRBO many times, and this is the first stay at a house we would NOT return to. While the A/C unit was killer, the house was rather dilapidated. Our group made the best of it, and had a relaxing time sitting on the porch and playing cards inside. The BC boat only managed to bring in one keeper, but had a nice time on the boat catching small fish and hardheads.

• Meet up with Jeff & Spring
• Laundry
• Organize Kitchen
• Grocery store run
• Complete Adoption Portfolio revisions
